Working off Easter Candy

I do not know about all of you but I went to TOWN on the Easter Candy yesterday. I adore chocolate and even more than that I adore s'mores. So when my mom, urm, the Easter Bunny gave me a box of chocolate covered 'mallows and grahams I ate the WHOLE box. I would be embarrassed.... but they were too good to save. However, since I ate so much the scale had a lovely number to show me today. So for those of you who ate like I did yesterday I have a workout for ya. My cousin gave this workout to me awhile ago and it is one of my FAVORITES its abs and cardio- you will for sure feel fit after you do it. Here ya go!

Oh and P.S these are my "Legen, wait for it, dary!" shoes. The fact that I have "Legendary" on my sneaks makes me feel tougher when I work out. It may be weird but it works for me. I have seen some pretty funny Nike I.D's but the little sayings on them seem to get people to wear them... So whatever works for you!

Abs and Runnin'

2 Mile Run

Abs:100 Crunches
25 side drips (right)
25 side dips (left)
50 full sit-ups

1.5 Mile Run

Abs: 25 Tic Toc (right)
25 Tic Toc (left)
25 Med ball in and out
100 Crunches

1 Mile Run

Abs: 25 hanging leg lifts
100 bicycles
50 in and out (or crunch frog)

.5 Mile Run
