Anyway, this is one of my FAVORITE cakes my mother makes. It is a family favorite, so very delicious. She created it one year for my birthday and we have been eating it ever since! (PS This cake below doesn't have nuts IN the cake. My brother didn't went them for some reason...)
Chocolate Chip and Hazelnut Bundt Cake
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 (3 oz.) Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 cup (8 oz.) Sour Cream
3/4 Cup of Oil
3/4 Cup of Water
4 Eggs
1 Bag (12 oz.) Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Hazelnuts
Nutella
Directions
In a blender mix everything but the chocolate chips and nuts. Mix until the batter is smooth. After that, stir in the chocolate and nuts. Easy peasey. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Once the cake is done, heat and drizzle the Nutella on top as the frosting. Chop up some hazelnuts to make it look pretty and you are good to go!
Woohoo! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I love bundt cakes (is that strange? to have a favorite kind of cake?) and this one looks particularly delicious...it's like nutella in cake form. I'll definitely be whipping up one of these! I adore your blog! xx
