My Favorite Beauty Supplies: Mascara

On occasion (only on occasion), someone will compliment me on my eye-lashes. They are very sweet compliments and I appreciate them greatly. Sometimes a follow up question will be issued, "What kind of mascara do you use?" So I thought I would show you my FAVORITE mascara's.

P.S I am not a beauty expert... I am just letting you know which mascara this normal girl likes best.

Grocery Store Finds:

Maybelline Colossal Volume Express (The yellow tube):I have been using this kind since I was in High School and I LOVE it. The brush is so thick it makes your lashes look nice and plump. I also really like the brush because the bristles are set so your eye-lashes don't clump. Voluminous lashes and no clumping? I am sold.

Maybelline Mega Plush Volume (Blue tube): I like this mascara for similar reasons to the Colossal Volume. The brush is huge so it helps your eye-lashes look fuller. What sets this one apart is the wand bends at the middle. With the bendy wand (yes I used the word bendy) its easy to apply and get every single lash. By doing this the look is full and clean. L-o-v-e it.

Sephora Finds:

Bare Essentials Buxom Lash: Oh my lands you guys. I adore this one. The brush is MASSIVE and has a similar effect to the Grocery Store finds but I feel like this one adds length to your lashes. I got hooked on this mascara after a blogger posted a picture of herself and everyone asked if she was using Latisse... she said no and was just using this. Seriously, it's crazy good stuff.

Benefit "They're Real!": I am a big fan of Benefit cosmetics anyways, mostly for the packaging- but that is another post. Anyway, I saved the best for last. I started using this mascara a couple of months ago, I got a free sample, and became hooked. When I put it on I noticed a difference (I really did) my eye lashes looked so long and just good. The brush has kind of a ball bristle at the end of it which helps with separation and volume.
So my lashes looked long, full and were not clumpy. You gotta try this.
