Running and Lunges

Before I start this post I want you all to know I am not a trained fitness instructor nor do I have any schooling in the matter. I have been active most of my life and have come across many people who have training and they have given me ideas, tips etc.

OK, so with that said I have a workout I wanted to share with you. I like to run, I realize most people don't but it helps me clear my head and I always feel really fit- even if I am not. Plus it always makes me feel like I can eat something yummy if I run hard. (A fitness instructor somewhere probably passed out hearing me say that.) Anyway, here is a workout for ya. I like this one because you can adjust it to how you are feeling.

Run and Lunges
Run 1 mile
100 lunges
Repeat 4X

Easy to remember and fun to do! Your legs will hate you/thank you for it!

If you want more... I did running Tabatas and abs at the end.
Tabatas are when you go:
20 seconds as hard as you can
10 seconds off
Repeat 8X
