I watch "Four Weddings" a lot. It's a show on TLC where four Brides go to one anothers wedding's and judge them. The thing that will get a bride ranked at the bottom is bad food. If the food isn't good then the guest Brides will NOT be pleased. One episode a bride had a Food Truck come at the end of the party and the guests L-O-V-E-D it. I did too, actually. Turns out Food Trucks are a huge trend with weddings right now. Here is why (well according to moi):

1. Hand food!

And food trucks usually come with plenty of them. It makes it easy for guests to eat and still party hardy. 

2. It makes people comfortable.

Lot's of times weddings can get a little stuffy. Don't get me wrong, I LOOOVE a good fancy schmancy wedding. But why not end it on a casual note with a food truck? Your guests will love standing around eating simple food and chatting it up.

3. Simple food done well

Food trucks usually specialize in one thing and do it realllly well. Who doesn't want just simple good food at a wedding. It can even just be a yummy snack at the very end.

4. Entertainment 

For some reason I think Food Trucks are entertaining. The people running them are usually really friendly and I mean... it's a Food Truck at a wedding! 

5. Cute Picture Opportunities 

I really don't need to explain this one... I have seen some pretty darn cute Food Truck pictures. Who doesn't want great pics from their wedding?!
